After almost a year on the road, Brandon landed a job in Tacoma, Washington near Seattle. So we left Montana and drove back to Dallas to spend a little time with friends and family and collect the rest of our belongings. We loaded everything into a moving truck, attached my car to the back of it, caravanned up to Seattle. (Brandon drove the towing my car, I drove his car.)

We made a few stops on the way including Denver, Salt Lake City, and Ellensburg (WA) before finally getting to Tacoma. We stayed in shared corporate housing for a few weeks before officially moving to West Seattle!

We spend the winter getting to know the area and skiing in Montana before both finding new jobs in the spring.

The following year was filled with hikes, new friends, adventures, and a serious lack of blogging. So excuse the latest blast, but it is all to clear the path for our latest adventure update: New Zealand!
